Automatic water slide dispatch traffic light system. Includes LED traffic light WITH INTEGRATED main control panel with micro-controller and two sensors with articulated mounting brackets. Includes preinstalled cable glands for cables. System does a self test on power up.
Full auto includes adjustable ride clear timer. The full auto cycle starts with a green traffic light. When a rider triggers the top sensor the light turns red. When the rider exits the bottom sensor the ride clear timer starts. After the ride clear timer times out the traffic light turns green again ready for another rider.
Manual cycle sequence is where the light is red until an operator pushes a button which causes the light to go green. When a rider triggers the top sensor the light turns red. When the rider triggers bottom sensor the light flashes until an operator pushes the button again restarting the cycle. This is the safest mode of operation because the operator is in control.
Our unit uses a microcontroller chip like the ones used in automobiles and home appliances. Our competitors use a PLC (programmable logic controller) and separate relays and timers. The fewer the number of components the more reliable the unit will be. The traffic light is built into the main panel, this reduces the amount of wiring time. The main control circuit board is designed specifically for this application. There are fewer wires that need to be used to complete the system. Total shipping weight is only 5 pounds per system. The sensors are the top brand . Our main competitor requires drilling four 2" holes in your expensive water slide. Our system uses self adhesive reflective tape for the sensors. All of these innovations allow for a reliable system at a lower cost.
